Engage’s text notification and mobile experience periodically generates recent, sufficiently sampled Compare data (sourced from existing individual-level reporting) and sends it to users at a designated time chosen by the user. These brief (1-2 minutes, usually weekly) interactions are where most end-users:
- See how their data compare to that of unblinded peers
- Consider methodologies, supporting evidence, and practice recommendations of particular metrics

What kinds of physician engagement rates can be expected?
If your provider-level metrics’ attribution and calculation methods are sound, and if your organization has implemented best practices around change management and communication, you should expect monthly engagement (i.e., application access) rates above 80 percent, and per-insight-per-recipient above 50 percent.
