SSM Health piloted Agathos in its Wisconsin region from November 2022 through January 2023, and has since expanded to hospitalists across the entire SSM Health system. Agathos sent weekly text notifications to hospitalists with a link to review their data in comparison to that of their colleagues. The pilot data readout showed five metrics with convincing practice change compared to pre-Agathos baselines and attributed cost savings that covered the cost of the pilot and demonstrated strong ROI potential at scale.
